Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 2026-10-14. Last updated 2026-10-14.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everything on a blog hosted here, whether you wrote it, imported it, or published it from an Autopilot draft.
Not allowed
- Phishing, credential collection, or impersonation of any person, brand, bank, payment provider or government body, including in the blog name.
- Malware, scams, fraud, deceptive commerce, or links that lead to them.
- Content that is illegal where we operate or where you are, including sexual content involving minors (reported to the authorities), threats, and incitement to violence.
- Adult content, gambling, or the sale or promotion of regulated goods such as weapons, drugs or prescription medicines.
- Hate or harassment, and content about private individuals, including publishing someone's personal information without their consent.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA process.
- Spam, scaled or automated publishing designed to game search engines, or bulk content with no value to readers. Autopilot is capped at one post per day per blog for this reason, and that cap may not be worked around.
- Presenting AI-written text as the words of a real person who did not write it, or removing the AI disclosure in the footer while Autopilot is on.
- Fake reviews or testimonials, including AI-generated ones, and reviews from people who did not have the experience they describe.
- Interfering with the service: probing, overloading or attacking it, or using it to attack anything else.
Blog names
Names that are reserved or that reference brands, banks, payment providers or government terms are refused at signup. A name used to deceive can be reclaimed at any time.
Enforcement
Anyone can report a blog from the abuse page or by emailing abuse@resilientmindai.com; a person reviews every report. Depending on the case we remove the content, pause the blog, or terminate it, and we tell you where we reasonably can. Phishing, malware, impersonation and illegal content lead to immediate termination without refund. Repeat copyright infringers lose their blogs. We may also report illegal content to the authorities.
