Refund and Cancellation Policy

The free trial

• Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. A card is required to start it, but nothing is charged during the trial.
• The first charge happens when the trial ends, or earlier the moment you first click Publish. The amount is the plan price you chose plus any sales tax; the date is shown at checkout, on the welcome page, in your welcome email and on your billing page.
• Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. Your blog was never public, and your drafts stay exportable for 7 days.

Cancelling a plan

• Cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Open billing portal. The Stripe portal confirms the date your plan ends. You can also email admin@resilientmindai.com from the address on your record and we will cancel for you.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your blog stays live until then, and no further charges are made.
• After the plan ends, posts stay exportable from the dashboard for 30 days and are then deleted.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: no refunds for the current month, including when you cancel part-way through it.
• Yearly plans: a full refund within 14 days of a yearly charge if you have published fewer than three posts in that year. After that, no partial refunds; the blog stays live until the end of the paid year.
• Plan changes (up, down, or between monthly and yearly) are prorated automatically by Stripe. No separate refund is needed.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full. Tell us within 60 days.
• Failed renewals: if a payment fails, Stripe retries it and your blog stays live for 7 days. Nothing is refunded because nothing was charged.
• Blogs terminated for violating the Acceptable Use Policy or for repeat copyright infringement are not refunded.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our approval. This policy does not take away any refund right that the law of your state or country gives you.

How to ask

Email admin@resilientmindai.com from the address you used at checkout, with your blog name. A person replies, usually within one business day.
