Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-14. Last updated 2026-10-14.

These terms are the agreement between you and ResilientMind AI, a sole proprietorship of Joseph C. McGinty Jr. in Pennsylvania, United States ("we", "us"), the operator of your.blog and the blog hosting service described here. By starting a trial or a plan you accept them, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Copyright and DMCA page and the Privacy Policy. Contact: admin@resilientmindai.com or your.blog/support. Mailing address: 48 North Grove Street, Scottdale, PA 15683, United States.

1. The service

You pick a name and get a blog at that name on one of our domains (your.blog, onthepage.blog, writersroom.blog, openpage.blog, plainpage.blog, writeups.tech and buildlogs.tech). We provide the hosting, the editor, themes, RSS and sitemap, a private KPI dashboard and, on Autopilot plans, draft posts generated from a brief you write. We do not sell advertising, we do not place tracking cookies on your blog, and we do not read your posts except to run the service, to answer a support request, or to act on a report.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You may use the service for yourself or for a business you are authorized to bind. The service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

3. Access without passwords

There are no accounts or passwords. Whoever controls the email address on your Stripe customer record can log in by email link and manage your blog. Keep that mailbox secure and keep the address current in the billing portal. Anything done through a login link sent to your address counts as done by you. "Log out everywhere" in the dashboard ends every active session and invalidates every link already sent.

4. Blog names

A name is yours for as long as your plan is active, on every one of our domains. Names must follow the rules on the signup page; names that are reserved, or that reference brands, banks, payment providers or government bodies, are refused. A name is not property: we may rename or reclaim a blog when a name is used to impersonate someone, when we receive a valid legal demand, or when a domain is retired, and we will tell you first where we can. If you move a blog to another of our domains, the old address redirects to the new one for 365 days. When a subscription ends the name is held for 90 days before anyone else can register it (see section 9).

5. Free trial, billing and automatic renewal

These are the terms you agree to at checkout. They also appear on the signup page, in your welcome email and on your billing page.

6. Your content

You own what you write and publish. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, display, format, back up and make feeds and previews of your content, solely to run and improve the service and only for as long as it is on our systems. You can export every post from the dashboard at any time.

You are responsible for your content, including anything you publish from an Autopilot draft. You confirm that you have the rights to publish it and that it follows the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, pause or terminate a blog that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell you where we reasonably can. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA process; repeat infringers lose their blogs.

7. Autopilot and AI-generated drafts

8. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. We may pause, remove or terminate a blog that violates it, immediately in serious cases. Terminations for violations are not refunded.

9. Ending the service and your data

10. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep blogs online, but we do not promise any level of uptime, and we may change, add or retire features, themes, models and domains. Scheduled maintenance and outages at our providers can interrupt the service. If an Autopilot post is missed we email you; that is the remedy for a missed post. If we discontinue the service we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and keep posts exportable for that time.

11. No warranty

The service and every draft it generates are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the service, your content or any Autopilot draft. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

13. Your responsibility to us

You will cover any loss, cost or claim (including reasonable attorney's fees) we face because of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms, including claims that your posts infringe someone's rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before going to court, email us and give us 30 days to resolve the problem. Disputes that are not resolved go to the state or federal courts located in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away rights that the law of your home state gives you.

15. Changes to these terms

We will email material changes to the address on your record at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that date, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel before they take effect.

16. General

These terms and the policies linked above are the whole agreement. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may assign this agreement to a successor of the service; you may not assign it. Nothing here creates a partnership or agency. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
