Support

your.blog is a ResilientMind AI product. Most things are self-service from your dashboard. For anything else, email admin@resilientmindai.com from the address you used at checkout and include your blog name. A person replies, usually within one business day.

Billing

Change plan or billing interval, update your card, download invoices, or cancel from Dashboard → Billing. It opens the Stripe billing portal for your subscription. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe. Cancel during the free trial and nothing is charged; cancel later and the blog stays live until the end of the paid period, then renewals stop. The refund and cancellation policy applies. If you cannot reach the portal, email us and we will cancel for you.

Logging in

There is no password. Enter your email on the login page and open the link we send. The link works for 15 minutes and only in the browser that requested it. If it does not arrive, check spam and confirm you are using the email from your Stripe receipt. The dashboard session lasts 30 days on that device.

Your blog is paused

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and your blog stays live for 7 days. Update your card under Billing and the blog resumes as soon as the invoice is paid. If the subscription ends, the blog shows a paused notice, your posts stay exportable for 30 days, and the name is held for you for 90 days before it can be registered by anyone else.

Export your posts

Download every post as Markdown with front matter from Dashboard → Export at any time, including after cancellation during the 30-day window.

Autopilot

On Autopilot plans, drafts arrive by email for approval, or publish on their own if you chose that in Settings. Edit the blog brief, change the weekly cadence, or pause Autopilot from the dashboard. Every generated post is marked as AI-assisted on the blog.

Abuse and copyright

To report phishing, impersonation, malware or a policy violation on any blog hosted here, use the report form or email abuse@resilientmindai.com. Copyright notices go to our designated agent; the Copyright and DMCA page lists the agent's details, what a notice must contain, and how a blog owner can send a counter-notice.
